How do I Prepare for a Past Life Session?
Past Life Regression can be a profoundly life-changing experience, and as such there are several things you will need to do in order to prepare for it, to ensure you get the very best out of your session.
Questions:
As soon as you have made your appointment (and I will remind you of this at the time) you should start thinking of questions you would like your Super Conscious, or Higher Self, to answer. Make two lists – one with questions about your health, and the other with questions relating to your life/personal questions. Make sure the list is typed out or written neatly on a sheet/s of paper. List the questions in order of importance, so that, should time start running out, I will have already tackled the most pressing questions.
Mind-set:
Put yourself in the correct mind-set for the experience. Think about what lies ahead, and start communicating with your Higher Self – even just saying ‘hello’ can be enough, as it preps both the conscious and sub-conscious for the session.
Alcohol:
Please abstain from drinking alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours prior to the session, and cut down on the amount of caffeine you have on the day. This will ensure that your mind is clear and focussed
Eat:
A Past Life Regression Session can be several hours long, and the last thing you want is a grumbling stomach and hunger pains! Eat properly before the session, but try to avoid anything too heavy or stodgy.
Relax:
Whatever you do to relax, try to do it on the morning of your session so that you come to me relaxed and calm. Meditate, run, workout, or read a book – whatever your ‘thing’ is, try and incorporate it before you arrive
Come Alone:
While it is perfectly fine for a friend or family member to wait with you, the session itself must be done with no third party present. This is purely because, no matter how open you think you are with your partner, for example, you will not be able to fully immerse yourself in the experience when you know someone else is watching. You may well become emotional at certain points, and having someone there will prevent that emotion from coming out.
Clothing:
Wear something comfortable. You don’t want to be lying or sitting for several hours with a waistband that is digging into you, or shoes which are cutting off your circulation!
Water:
Try no to have load of liquid before the session, as I don’t want to intreupt the session with a toilet break. After the interview and just before the session we have a toilet break.
Key Message:
The key thing to remember is to come prepared, both mentally and physically. A list of well thought out questions is essential, as is being relaxed, comfortable, and open-minded. The more you put into the session beforehand, the more you will gain from it, and there IS a lot to gain.
